Agent Sai Srinivasa Athreya (एजेंट साई श्रीनिवासा आत्रेया) is a 2019 Indian Telugu-language black comedy mystery film directed by Swaroop R. S. J., who co-wrote the film with Naveen Polishetty. The film stars Polishetty as the titular character alongside Shruti Sharma in her Telugu debut, while Suhas, Shredha Rajagopalan, Ram Dutt, Vishwanath Mandalika, Prashant Yarramili, and Krishneswara Rao play important roles. The soundtrack was composed by Mark K Robin and the cinematography handled by Sunny Kurapati.

The film was released theatrically on 21 June 2019 and received critical acclaim from the critics and audiences, where it became a commercial success at the box office. The film won three awards at Zee Cine Awards Telugu.

The Hindi version, simply titled Agent Sai, was dubbed by Goldmines Telefilms at Kiraat Entertainment and premiered on Sony MAX and YouTube on 23 January 2021.

  • During the hospital scene, where the protagonist fakes his injury and is rushed in there, we get a quick reference of the 2018 Telugu film Mahanati, after the characters (Athreya and Bobby) watch the nurse's pretension/act and sing the title theme of the film.
